Weeknight Elegance: Peach and Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp YAMAAS! Basil EVOO
  • 2 tbsp YAMAAS! White Balsamic Vinegar infused with Peach
  • 2 pinches flaky salt or sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Smoked Paprika
  • White Pepper
  • Arugula
  • Red or Pickled Onions
  • Any Spring Salad Mix (recommended Baby Spinach, Baby Kale, Chard)
  • Salmon
  • Fresh lemon

Preparation:

Mix Basil EVOO and White Balsamic Vinegar infused with Peach to create vinaigrette. Mix your desired greens for the salad. Add cherry tomatoes, onions of choice, and any other desired salad toppings. Toss gently with vinaigrette. Prepare the salmon by seasoning it with salt, fresh-cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, and white pepper. Bake in the oven or on the stovetop with extra-virgin olive oil. We recommend using our Meyer Lemon EVOO or Garlic EVOO. You can also use our Holy Smoked Chipotle EVOO for a spicy kick! Serve salad and salmon together with a fresh squeeze of lemon for a final refreshing touch, and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For a little extra heat, add red pepper flakes or blend vinaigrette with YAMAAS! White Balsamic Vinegar infused with Chipotle
  • This salad can also be served with chicken, white fish, or shrimp!
